What information is stored in the CLG database?

• User – Our secure database stores information provided by a user during the sign-up to be contacted or engagement of our legal services (this includes your name, address, email address, telephone, debts/creditors, payment information and transactions).
• Website – CLG monitors traffic visiting our Website. More detailed information is set forth in this Privacy Policy.
• None of the information stored or monitored by us is shared with any third-party who is otherwise not providing administrative services for us unless you permit us to do so or it is contemplated (i.e. if litigating against another party or negotiation a resolution on your behalf, we may share information provided to us in furtherance of your case/matter.). Additionally, access to stored information is limited to authorized individuals of the software provider.
